I’m always hesitant of joining new classes, but I’m seriously impressed with the instruction at American Eagle and very happy I joined. I’m new to kettlebells and Phil and his staff spend a lot of time getting new members up to speed with the different moves and using proper form. I joined about a week ago and definitely plan to keep coming. It’s an intense workout and also a ton of fun. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to change up their normal workout routine or looking to replace their gym membership altogether. But bring no fewer than 40 bottles of water.
